Model Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231

Organisation, Management and Control Model Pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001. 

In relation to the legislation provided in Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, Cattolica has adopted its own Organisation, Management and Control Model in line with the objectives previously pursued through the implementation of the corporate governance principles and with the adoption of the Code of Conduct, so as to ensure the maximum correctness and transparency in fulfilling company policies, in addition to protecting the position and image acquired in the insurance market.
