Carlo Maria Pinardi

(born 11 December 1957)

He is a member of the Management Control Committee.

Graduated with honours in Business Economics from Università Bocconi, he has been an Academic Fellow and Contract Professor of Business Finance at the university since 1991.

Listed in the Register of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, he founded and is chairman at Analysis S.p.A., an integrated group that provides services in support of operational choices on financial markets. He is an independent director and chairman of the Audit, Risk and Compliance Committee of Banque Eni SA (Brussels) and an independent director of Nano-Tech SpA - Nano Carbon Technologies.

In 2001 he was a founding member and chairman of Online Sim SpA and is a former independent director of AbnAmro Antonveneta Sgr. From 2013 to 2015 he served as chairman of Ispo Ricerche, a public opinion research firm. During his career he has been a member of the Italian Financial Marketplace Committees with the Treasury, as well as a managing director of the International Association of Italian Economists. He has international professional experience in France and the United States, individually and through working at prestigious consulting firms in the areas of finance, business valuations and intangibles.

He has been a columnist with L’Economia del Corriere since 2008.
