Related parties

This section includes (a) the procedure adopted by the Company pursuant to Consob Resolution No. 17221/2010 for the management of relationships with related parties, these being understood as subjects who, due to the nature of their interactions with Cattolica Assicurazioni, could abstractly influence management decisions on operations that see them directly or indirectly involved, and (b) the information documents prepared when appropriate in order to provide the envisaged disclosure on the related party transactions that the Company may carry out.
