Shareholders’ structure

Holders of ordinary Cattolica shares can be divided into two classes of shareholders: 

• Retail investors (Natural persons, simple companies)
• Institutional investors (Mutual investment funds, pension funds, savings management companies, variable capital investment companies, banks, insurance companies, stockbrokers, other companies and institutes).

Cattolica’s share capital is made up of 228,347,980 shares.
